WOW!
Chins-3 sets 8, 5, 7 were the reps. I feel like I am using more muscle and less legs! I tried a chin yesterday and got it almost all the way with out any help!
Deadlifts-135x12 225x10 275x10 315x8 335x6!!!!
Bent rows 225x10 185x10 135x12(held for a 3 count)
Lat pull downs superset to front and back
100x10 125x10 100x10 125x6 totaly burnt, first set of numebrs is for the behind the head and second is to the front.
cardio eliptical 20 mins

Highlights: hit 335x6 felt good! will try for 315x10 then 335x8 next week.
Lowlights: NONE
