Dips-5 sets 10, 7, 6, 6, 8
Sk-barx15 40x10 60x4(elbows in pain stopped)

rope pull downs Done as giant set started heavy went light

Highlights: felt good to hit 75x10 for DB presses, and to be in the gym again.

Lowlights: Left shoulder def hurting all night and right Elbow is ouchy too.
