Ugh... I haven't been on in yonks.
What is this? I promised myself that I would start being more on task and taking control of my fitness and everything.
But (though it might not be much of an excuse) I had a ridiculous amount of school work. I created this account during teh school holidays, and going back into my final term before exams is not the best thing for keeping a workout routine especially when exercise time can be used for studying.
You know what I need? Exercises to do when I'm studying, so I don't have to give up one to do the other.
Or better time management. That's another thing that I need.
