pull ups(assisted) 4 sets of 4 reps
DB row 90x10 95x10 105x10
Chins**-two sets of 1 rep each
BB curls 45x15 65x10 85x10
DB Curls 25x10 30x10 35x10
Dips* 1, 5, 5, 5, 6
CGB 135x10 155x10 175x10 185x5
Kickbacks 20x10 25x10 30x10

*-dips bit felt weak and had a sharp pain in my right rear delt....but I worked thru it and last few sets were good.

**-could not get a set in of chins to save my life. I think it was a combo of doing many sets of back and having almost two months off.

Highlight was that i got in and look forward to going tuesday night as well. Plannig to hit chest and legs with lower back.
