Back and Biceps

Chins 4 sets and then I tried to hit 4 reps with just 52 lbs of help...........I got them that means that I did the chins pulling 262lbs of my own weight up!
Bent Over bbrows 185x10 205x10 225x10 235x7
deadlifts 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x4
lat pull downs 180x10 160x7
BBcurls 85x10 95x10 105x8 115x7
Preacher DB curls 25x10 30x7 35x4
Hammer curls 50x10 45x8 40x7

Highlights: Man the chins a rows are getting huge!!!! Plus I will soon hit 115lbs x10 reps for bb curls.

Lowlights: wanted more reps and sets for deadlifts will drop the 275 and add another set inbetween the 315 and 365. Plus I am going to start hitting the lat pull downs more either drop the weight or add more 6 reps sets.
