Bent over Barbell rows 95x10 135x10 155x10 185x10 205x8
Deadlifts 185x10 225x6 275x6 315x2(YAHOOO)
Lat pull downs 105x10 125x10 135x10

BB curls barx10 55x10 65x10 75x10
DB curls 25x10 30x10 35x10
Cardio: treadmill elevlation 4.5 Speed 3.5 10 minutes.

Highlights: First time since the surgery I pulled 315x2!!!! That was on the 2nd try. The first my body went WTF! I dropped it and psyched up grabbed the bar and got 2 reps....Such a good feeling. That weight was another month away in my plan....but the 275 went up so easy!
Plus I did the curls(get ready this is sickening) in the (gasp) squat rack to piss off Tien. He wanted to do squats and like last week I worked slow like he did to me!


Lowlights: That the work out ended.
