Back and Biceps

Chins-I use an assistance manchine-did 4 sets using less help each time- reps-10, 8, 6, 5 and one set NO HELP AT ALL 2 reps!!!!! ASPR!!!!!!!

Cleans-did 3 sets while waiting for rack-95x5 115x5 135x3 155x1

BOR 135x10 185x10 205x10 225x

DB rows 80x10 90x8 100x8
BB Curls-barx10 65x10 85x10 105x8 115x5
DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
EZ curl bar 40x10 60x10 80x8

Highlights: I did this in a hour cause we were going out to a moive as a date night. I have such intense bicep DOMS LOVE IT

Lowlights: Got vertigo like symptoms now.....
