Lat pull down-105x10 125x10 135x8 165x5
BB curls 45x10 65x10 85x5(see lowlights)
DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
Highlights: DL rocked....felt very strong..
Lowlights: Doing chins on first set something popped on left delt side hurts and that is why my curls were so short and lame LOL.
