BB curls 65x10 85x10 75x10_strip set_65x10 barx10 (the last 3 sets were done back to back only time to take off the weight was taken)

Highlights: got to show the DL to a bunch of people.....evdiently they at this Y have not seen someone DL over a plate.....
Lowlights: Chins still hurt left Delt area.
