Back and Biceps

this was an un planned trip to the Y so this back and bicep workout was on the fly.
BOR 135x10 185x10 205x8 225x6
Speed DL 225x2 for 8 sets
BB Curls 45x10 65x10 85x10
DB Curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
Bent over standing concentration curls 25x10 30x10 35x10
Tried a few chins but that area on the backof the left delt/trap area still pulls and hurts.
Highlights: 225 finally feels wicked light on the DL again. My speed was insane on the reps I did.
Lowlights: wanted overall more volume in the woekout(meaning more sets and other exercises) but I have just 45 mins to get that done as that is when daycare closed.
