Highlights: Hit my DL. Felt good hitting 225x10! Even better feeling to hit chns for 5 reps....best ever in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lowlights: On my set of DL with 335 about half way up I felt a pull in lower back (had added belt on the 315 set). I set it down and added to 355 missed the first try, but nailed the second and still made 3 more sets. Right now it is sore but almost a normal soreness not really a "pain" but a after a DL workout pain.
