Pull ups (using assisted machine) 1x10 1x8
BB curls barx15 65x10 75x10 85x10 95x8
DB curls 30x10 40x10 50x5
Highlights: New APSPR of 425!!!!!! Rep was a bit sloppy at the top, need to work lockout more. Have to figure out how and what works for that.
Lowlights: Last set of DL ripped a calous off my right hand that combined with the rest of workout left it open and sore.
