Chins 3 sets with help 10 5 5 for reps. THEN 3 sets of 3 Reps on MY OWN!!!!!!!!!
BOR underhand grip-135x10 reg grip 185x8 205x8 225x10
Face pulls 50x10 60x10 70x10
DB Rows 100x8 110x6 120x5
BB curls 65x10 95x8 105x6 115x5
DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x8
Highlights: 3sets of # reps on my own no help saysd it all....really feel it in my back man what a rush it was...
Lowlights: None really good workout.
