back and medicine ball, and i am a biking fool - 7/22

life without a car goes on and my weekly bike-riding tally is up to about 50 miles. i know that's not a lot compared to some of the serious cyclists out there, but i am not a serious cyclist. i ride my bike to work, to run errands and other various tasks until i own a car again.
anyway, i did back and my medicine ball stuff today. here we go...
deadlifts w/black band:
3 x 12 x 95
hammer underhand pulldowns:
3 x 12 x 71
underhand cable rows:
3 x 12 x 50
medicine ball
3 cycles of...
10 underhand toss w/vertical jump
10 side tosses against wall
10 overhead throws w/broad jump
all with 8-lb ball
stability
reverse dead bugs:
2 x 10
leg lift w/4-lb medicine ball overhead raise:
2 x 10
i also spiked my insulin today for the first time in (if i remember correctly) almost 3 years. we'll see what kind of progress i make by adding that to the pwo regimen. i've been trying to add a little mass because one of my friends told me i looked scrawny the other day. i had gotten down to 166, but i'm up to 170.5 now. my legs are really starting to develop again. now if we can get the upper body to catch up...
