Bent rows 185x10 205x10 225x10
Deadlifts 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x5
Close grip pulldowns 160x10 180x10

Sk 90x10 100x10 110x8
Pressdowns 3sets of 10
one hand cable reverse pulldowns 3sets of 5
kickbacks 30x10 40x10

Highlights My deadlifts and bentrows as well as chins were outof sight for me! I am getting close to the 50lb mark on the chins, this is where I would be pulling 250lbs of my own weight!
Lowlights: O MIGHTY TRICEP GODS! I PROMISE NEVER, NEVER WILL I AGAIN ANGER YOU BY DOING SK WITHOUT DOING KICKBACKS FIRST TO WARM UP! Man my elbows hurt for that first set. They seem fine now will watch that.

    Thanks man! It has to say the least taken a long time of doing them to get that 225x10! I have been doing them almost 100% each back workout. I think in like 4 years I have skipped them once or twice. I am dead sure that they are the reason why my deadlifts went up as well as the thickness and overall lat and back development has improved.

    Look at those bent over rows, and deadlifts...Geez, I tried the bent over row with 225 the other day...1,2,3 rip, the crack of my azz is now up to my neck!
