Back at it!

Ok I have a fresh hungry, totaly committed attitude. I am going back tonight I will do back and Bi. Tonight back workout will start off a totally Mutt deadlift Challenge. I want to hit at LEAST 450 in 10 weeks for my max ( my hope is to hit that and past if I can). My last max was 425, I am hoping for 450 but would love 525. So I will post the workout asap.
