After a workout injury, I'm getting back to it today. Looking forward to it.

    Comeback! Take it slow and work around the injured area.. you'll be surprised how quickly muscle memory takes effect and your strenght and lean mass will return! Keep us posted on your progress.. there are plenty of members in your shoes that have sufferred and injury and may be on their way back.
