So..forgot my ipod and had the pleasure of working out to beatles and niel young, sure was motivating, let me tell you.....NOT!!!!!!!!!!! friggety fraggety wtf???

incline db press 40'sX12, 45'sx12, 55'sX8, 60'sX6
incline pushups 20, 20, 15, 15

flat db press (people just lollygagging about in the rack...) 50'sX10, 55'sX7, dropset 55X7 45X4 35X4 wha happened? didn't rest long enough before set :(
low cable crossover 40X10, 40x10, drop 40X8, 30X8 and 30X8 bc the friggin stack was busted so i couldn't go 20...never using this gym location again, grrrr.

seated calf 70x20, 120X10, 120X12
one leg standing calf raise w db 3 sets 50X12, 8, 10

This lpocation had no box or step for standing calf work AND the hair dryer was broken and no outlet to plug my personal one in....grrrrrrrrrr needless to say I left a comment about it ALL in their book, doubt it will get make a difference. I need to open a facility and run it right, dammit.
