Pretty Good day today. Quick, efficient, in & out.
Lowpoint, although I'm supposed to be gaining, I'm loosing!
Cardio, 6 mins warm-up, 0.5 miles, 72 Cals.

DB Raises: 12x30x2 (Up 5 NW), 10x35x2 (Up 5 NW), 8x45x2, 6x55x2 (PB!)
Bent Over Rows: First time, not sure if form is right, motion does not seem long enough. 12x65, (Up 10) 12x95, 8x115, 6x135
Lat Pull Downs: 12x105, 9x115, 8x115, 6x125 (Weak today, 4th instead of 1st)
Bi's

Cable Curl: 12x40 (Up 5), 10x50 (Up 5), 10x60 (Up 10), 10x75 (Up 10, still feeling out weight)

Only half water, too late to drink more, supps good, pizza for supper, felt crappy about loosing weight.
