Better day today, went to the gym first thing in the morning. Lots of energy.

Back

Lat Pull downs: 12x105, 10x115, 8x120 (Stay here until form is perfect), 6x130 (As with 3rd set)
DB Raises: 12x30x2 (Good WU weight), 10x35x2, 8x45x2, 6x50x2 (Better form this week!)
Seated Row: 12x85, 10x95, 8x105, 6x115
Chin Ups: 4.5 x BW, 4xBW, 3.5xBW, 6xBW (Spotter, assisted on 6th)
Cable Cross-Overs @ 90 to burn out...

Bi ceps (Felt good burning again today)
21s just weight of bar.
Rev. Preacher Curl: 12x20x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x30x2 (Failure left arm) - Try to go up 5 lbs on first 2 sets.
21s 35lbs
Barbell Curl: 12x45, 10x45, 8x55, 6x80 (Partials) - Even out weight distribution on sets.
Cable Curls: (New exercise - like it!) 12x30, 10x45, 8x55, 6x65 (All weights up at least 5)
21s 45lbs - Could not do full range of motion, completely burned out -EXCELLENT!

Good supps, very clean food (was very tempted a couple of times, but stood firm!), could do better with water.

Cardio: Eliptical, 135 Cals, 1.15 miles (giving knees a rest)
