Chins, using my feet on a bench for a little help
3sets 8, 7, 7
Deadlifts 225x10 275x7 (grip slipped) 315x8 335x6
Lat pulldowns 100x10 125x10 150x10
Bent rows 135x10 185x10 225x6

Highlights; Felt very strong and the deads were great.

Lowlights: skipped cardio as a fellow gym go'er asked for advice.
