Back day

Today I at least FELT like I was back in the game! I really had a decent back workout, and went through it with my old vigor before this 12 hr. 3rd shift crap started. Not really special, but solid. Actually may have hit a couple PR's, but not going to gloat about them due to not doing my chins first like I normally do. One thing about working out at this time now, the gym is packed.

Rotary lat front pulldown
Sets....205x10,250x7,250x5,(250x5,190x7)

Close grip(neutral) pulldowns
Sets....200x10,200x10

Hammer strength front pulldowns
Sets.....180x10,200x5

Hammer strength hi rows
Sets.....200x10,220x10,250x10,260x8

Hammer strength low row
Sets....200x10,250x10

Hypers
Sets...BWx15,BW+25x15

Machine hypers
Sets....130x15,130x20

Followed up with a good ab workout to make up for Sunday's lackluster ab day.
