Back day

Today....Had a pretty good back workout today. Had planned on starting shoulders today with back again, since I am not working any overtime now, but got to the gym too late. Next week, I plan to do this.

Am doing a mild cut, started Sunday. So, I am increasing my workload a bit. First step, as well as cut out all my in between meal snacks(even though they were good snacks). Other than that, calories/meals are the same. I am not depriving myself in any way.

The workout....

Wide grip chins
Sets....15,14,10

Rotary lat pulldown
Sets....160x10,205x10,250x5,(250x5,160x9)

Superset Hammer front lat pd with dumbbell pullovers(I remembered MO!)
Sets.....180x10,180x10/60x10,60x10

Hammer strength hi rows
Sets....200x10,240x10,260x10

Hypers
Sets....BWx15,BWx15,BW+25x15

Machine hypers
Sets....130x15,130x20

Close grip chins(palms facing in)
Sets.....10,10

Hammer low rows
Sets....180x10,230x10

Finished with a pretty decent ab workout. Felt like I put in a pretty good workload, kept a good pace also.
