Yes, I slacked on Tuesday - beat me soundly.
I think back is the hardest area to ?feel? for me - I do get sore and I have gotten better at feeling the muscles contracting while training, but still it seems like the most "out of touch? area. maybe because I can?t see it? lol. Anyhow - tried to work really good clean reps today and really tried to feel every rep in the muscles that were working.
Warm-up 5 minutes elliptical
Assisted Chins 4 sets 8 at 150
DB deadlifts 40?sx10, 45?sX11 for 2 sets
BB Bentover row, reverse grip 95X12, 115X10, 125X8, 135X6 that was pushing it
1 arm DB row 3 sets 35X9 stayed a little light to really work through the range of motion and feel the reps.
SLDL 135X10, 145X11, 155X11
Straight arm pressdowns 3 sets 80X11.
Stayed after and did 30 minutes elliptical. Burned about 300 calories.
New issue of Clean Eating came today - there are some grilled shrimp in there I will have to try!
