Well I am starting back on my routines.  My shoulder is healing up pretty well but I still know its injured and need to be easy with it for a little bit before I try and regain all the strength I have lost.  Most of the time I am not in too much pain and thats a good thing.  I carried aroung my one son at a ren fair for a good hour in my arms with a backpack.  Didn't bother me at all and I was able to pick up my other kid in the hurt arm and he weighs 45lbs.  So i must be ready to get back in the saddle of things and start sweating!

Down to 151lbs and looking good!  Need to keep up the nutritien and spark it up a bit when I am hitting the gym over the next few weeks till I am ready to go full on.  Wish me luck
