Back from 10 days Holidays!!
I'm back from my holidays. Had planned on working out while I was away, but instead I decided to eat, drink and be merry! It was awesome! It's the first full week I've taken off from "working out" in a long time. I did take several long hikes through the woods of Northern Sask, but no running or wt training (other than hauling a boat in and out of the water!)
Started back with a light upper body workout:
3min warmup on treadmill
assisted pull ups: 20*55 / 15*55 / 12*55
seated row: 15*40 / 15*50 / 12*60
wide lat pull down: 15*40 / 15*50 / 12*60
sit ups: incline crunches, twist crunches and leg crunches supersetted 20 each 2X
pushups: 2*10 sets
EZ bar curls: 12*30lbs 3X
I could tell I'd taken the time off, it was tougher than usual, but I think I'll be back to where I left off in no time....I hope!
I'm also back to watching what I'm eating, put on a few lbs while away );
