back from out of town...legs, stability - 9/6

i went out of town and didn't work out while i was gone. i needed a mental break from my life schedule.
power cleans:
6 x 75, 6 x 80, 4 x 85, 2 x 90
box squats: (pretty light, legs tired after cleans)
10 x 65, 8 x 75, 6 x 85, 6 x 105
calf raises:
10 x 105, 8 x 105, 6 x 120, 6 x 135
side tosses against the wall:
3 x 10 x 8-lb. ball
leg raises w/medicine ball overhead lifts:
2 x 10 x 4-lb. ball
sit-up throws against the wall:
3 x 10 x 6-lb. ball
box jumps:
3 x 10 x 24-in. box
biked home. very tired now. football season starts en masse tomorrow. yay.
