Well, things are proceeding well. Chest and Abs today.

Chest

Incline dumbbell benches supersetted with light dumbbell incline dummbells.
(warmup).....30x12,30x10,45x6,60x3
Sets....75x6,80x4,80x5/35x10,40x10,40x7(stretching after each set for a count of 30)

Decline benches supersetted with no weight dips
(warmup)....185x5
Sets....225x5,225x4,225x5(one drop set of 135x10)/10,10,10(stretching after each set also)

Flat dumbbell benches supersetted with seated chest press machine
(warmup)...70x5
Sets...85x4,90x4,95x4,85x4/180x7, one drop set of 180x5,130x3 to exhaustion

Dumbbell pullovers
sets....85x10,85x8,85x9


Abs
Upper cable pulley crunches, 1 set of 110x50 for a warmup, then very slow and controlled reps holding each rep for a count or two of 160x12,10,10. Follow this up with an immediate superset of 40 reps with 110.

Torso rotation
110x10 each side

Leg raises with 10lb. dumbbell...10,10

Felt a good workout, great blood flow, more than ready for my recovery drink.
