Back in the Saddle

Holy crap! First let me say I had completely forgotten this site even existed but I am glad to have "refound" it!

After a lazy winter of eating like a bear and simply not giving a rats ass.... I am back in the mindset to shape up or shut up...I am definitely not over the hump as I had all the intentions of going to the gym this morning but after returning from Germany and looking at my ransacked debacle of what one might call a bedroom, I opted for a home workout and a bit of spring cleaning!

So heres what my workout consisted of:

Abs:Crunches — 3 sets of 15
Russian Twists with a Kettlebell — 3 sets of 15
Lying Front Leg Kicks — 3 sets of 15

Shoulders:
Kettlebell shoulder press:  3 sets — 20/16/14
Resistance Band Lateral Raise: 3 sets, each arm — 10/8/7
Resistance Band Rear Delt Pulls: 3 sets, each arm — 10/8/7

Now to get my food in check....
