Highlights:
(1) Felt good. I enjoy the structure of this program.
(2) Lower back has been bugging me. Felt good post workout.
(3) A buddy said it looked like I dropped a few pounds!

Lowlights:
(1) Low energy. Needed more rest last night (got about 5 hrs).
(2) Weights = Wimpy. 10-year-old Girl Scouts were giggling.
(3) Cut inclined crunches from 2nd compound set. Bad.
(4) Missed target reps in 3rd compound set (arms). Tired and weak.

Game Plan:
(1) REST! Gotta get to bed at a decent hour.
(2) MUST follow the TT plan exactly.
(3) Realize it’ll take time to get back into the swing of this program.
(4) Buy buddy a beer.
