Back on the grind!
after a week away on holiday in the Isle of Wight and feeling rather more round than previously, its time to get back on things.
Now im the first to admit i have NO routine at the gym; not a really effective one anyway, so, i thought i'd have a look for some free training programmes-
im delighted to say that Freetrainers was the first in the search results- i've just set up both a toning and cardio workout for 4 days per week and cant wait to get started!
