Had a great workout. Tried to keep best form as possible.
Back
Underhand grip machine pulldowns
Seated machine row
Shoulders
Seated db press
Standing lateral raises
Bent over db laterals
Biceps
Standing ez bar curls
Standing db hammer curls
Abs
Machine crunches
leg raises

All done in sets of 4 reducing reps and increasing weights.
