Legs and calves, started cycle 1 again. Change cycles every 2 weeks.
Legs
Leg Presses(feet low and close)
(warmup)...230x10,410x6
Sets...500x10,590x8,590x10,610x6
Leg presses(feet high and wide)
Sets...610x10,610x10,610x10
Leg presses(feet middle and wide)
Sets...610x10,610x10
Squats(shoulder width, legs are like jelly now, hard to control the weight...LOL..trying to hit rep range of 12,10,12)
Sets....135x12,185x10,185x10
Calves
Calves off leg press(hold each last rep for count of 30, then do 5 more using rest/pause if necessary)
Sets...390x20,410x20,420x20
Standing calf raises with no weight, reps of 30,25,20
Sets...30,20,20
Legs were like jelly, feels great. Really wanted my recovery drink today, which is a bit more than other days. (In case any are wondering, as part of my diet adjustment, have changed my post workout recovery drink in accordance)
