I haven't posted my last few workouts, but I was in the gym Friday and Saturday. Saturday I meant to do a kickboxing class but showed up two hours late, so I ended up doing my Thursday workout instead.
This morning:
Abs--
crunches 3 sets 20x10 lb. ball on swiss ball supersetted with 3 sets 20x10 oblique crunches
leg raises 3 sets 15x4 lb. ball
Chest--
BB Bench: 4 sets, 12x65, 12x70, 8x75, 7x75
Pec Dec: 3 sets, 10x50, 6x50, 6x50
Incline DB Chest Press: 3 sets 12x25, 8x25, 8x25
Back--
Pulldowns, 3 sets 12x60
Cable Rows, 3 sets 12x60, 10x60, 10x60
Pressdowns, 3 sets, 12x30 (weight varies depending on machine used--this is the hard one)
After work:
45 minutes of cardio plus 2 minute cooldown. Spent 30 minutes on the treadmill, then the rest on upright bike. I have never seen the gym so crowded. All treadmills, ellipticals and bikes except the one I got on were in use with people waiting in line. Why I like the mornings!
