i've been posting all my workouts on the beta site, but i think i'm the only one who's been over there in the past month, so i guess i'm back over here. i've got a few weeks worth of workout journals over there if anyone would like to see what i've been doing.
i'm back in the gym full time now, no more physical therapy, but i'm still doing many of the stability exercises they had me doing before. ok, here's today's workout...
rode my bike to and from the gym again today. i felt like i was dying on the way home. i was glad to get inside where it is cool. if you have never been to houston in the summer, you can't possibly understand what i'm talking about.
legs
squats:
10 x 85, 2 x 10 x 95, 5 x 105
lunges holding weight chest-high:
3 x 10 x 10-plate
abductor/adductor:
3 x 10 x 85 each machine
standing calf raises:
3 x 10 x 105
plyos
box jumps:

wall jumps:

"dead bugs" on foam roll:

leg lifts with 4-lb medicine ball overhead pull:
