For 04-03-05, almost fully recovered, good workout, was in Edmonton co went to Centre Club, not bad, nobody there.
Warm-Up: Eliptical - 75 Cals, 0.4 miles, 5 mins
Treadmill: 75 Cals, 0.54 miles, 6.5 mins.

Pull Downs: 12x105, 10x115, 8x120, 6x120 (Stayed @ 120 looking for better form, a little better)
DB Raises: 12x30x2, 10x35x2, 8x40x2, 6x50x2 - Stay here.
Seated Row: 12x85, 10x100, 8x110, 6x120 - For first 3, up 5.
Pull Ups on Assisted Machine: 10x140, 7x140, 8x160, 8x140 - Could go lower, shoulder popping.
Triceps
Pull Downs: 12x115, 10x125, 8x140, 6x165
DB Skull Crushers: 12x15x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x25x2 - Left arm failure, stay here until perfect.
Kneeling Overhead Pulls: 12x60, 10x80, 8x90, 6x100
