Stayed a little lighter today bc my hips/low back feel a little hinky. Still a really good workout :)

Wide grip assisted pull ups 12, 10, 8, 7 less assist each set
Deadlift 45X15, 135X12, 185X10, 205X8

narrow grip pulldown 100x12, 110X12, 130X8
GHR 3 sets 12
SS
Wide Grip cable row 100X12, 110X12, 120X10
single leg seated leg curls 3 sets 50X12
cardio later !
