Back and Hamstrings
The back portion of my workout was superset with Lisa, the other female trainer here. She had to skidaddle before we got to hammies...so those were on my own. good workout.

WG pulldown 110X10, 110X10, 100X10
NG cable row 110X10, 100X10, 100X10

DB SLDL 60'sX10, 70'sX10, 70'sX10
single leg seated ham curl 50X10, 60X10, 60X10
Finished with 23 min treadmill, gradually increased incline till i got to the highest incline.
Will ride my bike during Biggest Loser tonight :)
