Ok, keeping up the intensity, and following my aforementioned split, today was back and shoulders. Was very tired this morning, not much sleep, but pressed on as we warriors of the iron must do...

Wide grip chins...
Sets....BWx10,BWx10,BW+10x10,BW+10x8

Wide grip lat pulldowns..
Sets....10x200

Heavy bent over rows supersetted with light close grip underhand lat pulldowns...
Sets....115x10,135x10,155x10/80x10,80x10,80x10

Hyperextensions..
Sets...BWx10,BW+25x10,BW+25x10


Shoulders

Superset behind the neck presses with light dumbbell seated presses
Sets....130x6,130x6,135x4/30x10,30x10,30x10

Superset side cable laterals with seated rear laterals
Sets...50x10,60x10,70x7/40x12,40x12,40x12

Tough but satisfying. Had me breathing hard along with a great pump. Time to head for the best tasting protein shake I can find, which happens to be in my locker.. LOL...
