Medium wide grip pulldowns(last set static strip) supersetted with underhand close grip pulldowns(these are 1 1/2's)
115x10,120x10,120x10/75x10,75x10,75x7,75x10,95x8

Bent over rows(underhand grip)
Sets...120x12,120x12,130x12

Decline dumbbell pullovers
Sets...35x10,35x12,45x5,45x5

Lower cable pulley rows
Sets....100x12,120x12

Wide grip chins to failure
Sets...6,4, then went to the assist machine and did 2 sets of 10 with 60 lb. assist

Hypers
Sets...BWx10, BW+25x10, BW+25x10

Great back workout, great final burn with the wide grip chins to failure


Shoulders

Cable side laterals(30 sec. static strip)
Sets...40x12,50x12,60x12(static strip was a burner!)

Front lateral raises(nuetral)
Sets...25x10,25x10,30x10

Bent over rear laterals(d.b.)
40x15,40x15,45x13

Seated dumbbell shrugs
Sets...85x20,85x20,90x15

Pretty good workout today, good burn, but felt weak.
