Ok, first day of my new 2 week back shoulder routine. As I mentioned earlier, I am alternating 2 week workouts. Great one today by the way on back, and didn't think I felt shoulders much, but now an hour later I am realizing that I sure did!

Back

Wide grip chin
Sets...BWx10,BWx10,BWx15(failure),BW+10x7

Incline dumbbell rows(last set drop set and static hold)
Sets...35x14,40x12,

Behind the neck pulldowns(last set drop set to burnout..goal reps 12x10,8
Sets...120x12,120x10,

Shoulder width chins with assist to burnout(concentration was key here, think back and work it hard!)
Sets...40x10,50x10,50x10

Lower pulley cable rows
Sets...100x10,120x10,120x10

Hypers
Sets...25x10,25x10,25x10


Shoulders

Upright rows supersetted with standing military presses(this is an awesome superset, whatever weight you row, on the last rep immediately clean the bar and do military presses with the same weight same reps..rep range of 12,10,8,6,12
Sets...70x12,90x10,100x8,120x6/70x12,85x10,85x8,90x6,95x11

Incline dumbbell shrugs
70x12,70x15,80x15,90x12
