Been a busy bee :)

I hit a personal best on Tuesday - 200 pounds on the stiff-legged deadlift - 8 reps nice and clean, probably could have done 10 but I knew I had to bike home

I have been working out all week, just haven't been online... Been doing 20 minutes cardio each morning, followed by either yoga or Pilates. Lifted chest/calves/abs on Monday, Back and hammies on Tuesday (and Tuesday I biked to the gym - 9 miles round trip and not as torturous as I thought it would be), Wednesday I did Am cardio and yoga and then in the afternoon I went for a long bike ride, the weather was just beautiful - sunny and cool.

Had a job interview yesterday - still waiting on the final decision...keeping fingers crossed
