Since I updated the log here.
Hit 245x1 last week on Bench. ALso did some shrugs at 605-635 again.
DID my DE work last week at home and had a decent workout.
Last night 12-18-07 I did my first work out on the 2nd 3 week cycle. it was ME LOWER

Superset leg sled calf raises/"all the way to my chest" leg presses.
I set the stopper so it stopped the sled when my legs were presses tight to my chest. I paused a sec or two then blasted it up. Started with no weight on it and ended with 4 plates per side all for 10 REPS
