I have just joined Free Trainers and I am excited and ready but not too pumped because I know this is going to hurt. I haven't exercised in years, so I know that once I start again, I will be using muscles that haven't been worked out in a long time....so bring on the soreness. I have let my self go after giving birth to my third child. Not exactly sure as to why. I have been gaining weight instead of losing. She is now four and will be five in March. I looked in the mirror today and said enough is enough. I want to be healthy again, I want to go buy clothes that fit me and look flatter instead of looking and feeling so heavy. My goal as of now is to lose 10 lbs to start within 3 months. That seems realistic. Then I want to strive for another ten for each set of three months until I reach my ideal weight.
