The very first day I stepped into a professional gym was on the 6th of this month (Aug, 2014). I've always asked myself this question, 'What are you doing besides achieving goals and aiming for a better future?' Well, being fit is a goal too, just didn't find any motivations or the like to push me into it. I joined the gym at a Uni I was attending, but didn't do any good, until I found my love 'Fitness Factory'.
Was kind of nervous but excited at the same time, cause I've been wanting to exercise and become fit and conquer the world (lol). With the help of my better half, I was able to learn about the gym and what needs to be done when you're in a public gym (well, they're all actually the same, except the one at the school is creepy smaller :/).
Worked out on Wednesday (first day, 6th Aug,2014), skipped Thursday, worked out on Friday, Saturday and looking forward for today. We're still working on writing our workout plans, and hopefully they'll be done by Monday where the real actions commence.
