Quick BF% this morning... the usual site I use is down... I'm thinking it's shut up shop... I do have a small set of calipres...

12.3% body fat this morning and a weight of 178.8.

With these little calipres, consistency in measuring will be key...

Tomorrow I start Hypertrophy II from NROL.
