Biceps/triceps

Todays arm workout went well, really, really tight pump on both tri's and bi's. I tried to increase reps a bit, and kept the weights down, even still increased in preachers and following with barbell the same as I normally do when doing barbell first. Brutalized triceps with solid reps, good weight, and forced many with full concentration on tri's. Nice workout.

Power rack extensions
sets....85x12,95x9 ,95x8,100x5

Incline ez bar extensions(really good reps here!)
Sets.....90x9,90x7,90x6

Dumbbell raises
Sets....80x5,70x7,75x6

Seated dip machine(overload end)
Sets....100x10,110x10,115x10

Reverse pressdowns
Sets....100x10,100x10



Preacher curls(all quality reps)
Sets.....80x12,100x7,110x5,110x3

Standing curls
Sets.....100x6,100x6 ,110x4

High cable pulley curls
Sets....60x12,60x12,70x10 (everyone here was telling me how huge my arms looked doing these..was very cool)

Lying cable curls(with band instead of cable pulleys)
Sets...70x10

Standing cable curls(straight bar)
Sets.....140x6,160x5

Good stuff today....arms felt tight.
