Biceps/Triceps/Forearms and Abs

Beginning of a new split, toady I started with the arms.

Felt OK during, but didnt have much of a pump in the triceps as i did when working them on the same day as chest. Forearm exercises were difficult as i have never worked on them before. Feeling good now though and looking forward to legs tomorrow.

Weights in KG

Biceps
Standing barbell curls 12/13, 12/18, 10/22, 8/27
Incline dumbbell curls 10/8, 8/8, 6/9
Concentration curls 12/7, 10/8, 8/9

Triceps
Cable Push Downs 12/20, 10/25, 8/30
Dips behind the back 15, 15, 12
Dumbbell kick backs 12/8, 10/9, 8/10

Forearms
Seated barbell wrist curls 12/9, 10/13, 8/18
Reverse barbell curl 12/13, 10/18, 8/18

Abs
Crunches 15, 15, 15
Leg raises 15, 15, 15
Seated twists with 15kg barbell 15, 15, 15
