BIG IMPROVEMENTS!!!!

This is week 4.
Belly nearly gone. Great abs program in combination with cardio.

Trained chest yesterday.

Smith machine incline presses 12x55,12x60,10x65,8x70kg.
4 weeks ago I started with 8x45kg...Big improvement.
Seated machine flys 12x30,12x35,10x40,6x45kg

ABS

3X20 TWISTING CRUNCHES
3X25 SEATED LEG TUCKS
3X20 LYING FRONT KICKS

TODAY LEGS.
