Birthday Workout

Start: 7:10am
Finish: 7:53am

Warm Up: KB and Shoulder dislocates 9:00

TGUs: 25lb - 3/side - 5:00

Snatches: the goal was 6:00 with one hand switch allowed at the 3:00 mark. hahahahahaha.... did 91 reps.

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Okay, yesterday I checked out a kettlebell snatch competition. They did two comps. One was 6:00 speed with a hand switch allowed at the 3:00 mark. The other was 10:00 endurance with one hand switch allowed at the 5:00 mark.

Today I decided to try the speed with the 16kg bell. I've done 120-ish in 5:00 before. Multiple hand switches though.. so I knew this was going to be tough. Made it about 75 seconds with the left then had to switch. This was the side with the iffy shoulder. Lots of ground to gain if I want to try this sort of a competition in the future.

Wednesday, I will be starting the RoP with the 16kg bell. We'll see what the shoulder does.
